Jinny has been with Hinds Blunden, a Rimkus Company, in Melbourne since August 2016. Coming from a background of Mechanical Engineering, Jinny has experience in project programming, claim preparation, and forensic delay analysis.
Jinny’s experience includes:
- Forensic delay analysis of programs
- Preparation, review, and analysis of claims in relation to delay, disruption, and costs
- Preparation, review, and schedule risk analysis of construction programs
- Preparation of advice and expert reports in relation to delay, disruption, and cost
- Provision of contract programming services including program status updates, progressreporting, and identification of risks and opportunities
Jinny also has experience in, and an understanding of, the following areas of the construction industry:
- Mining and gas, pipelines, rail and processing facilities
- Roads and infrastructure
- Wind and solar farms
